Returns

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Perishable or customized items

  • Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

  • We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
